On October the 12th our Bell Ringers will be ringing a special peal by Albert Seer’s.  Albert was a ringer here before serving at the front during WW1 where he was fatally wounded.  He write this peal while in hospital just before he passed away.  A plaque in his honour usually hangs in the ringing chamber but is currently on display in the church.

The peal will be followed by a short service which forms part of our remembrance series of events for those killed and injured in conflict, with special emphasis on the fallen of WW1.
Do join us.

The peal will be rung from 10.00am until 1.00pm and the service will begin immediately after.
